At Goop Guys we have our very own scheduling program that enables us to keep track of all our jobs. As soon as we receive a purchase order we enter all the details into our program, ready for call up. To guarantee the best service possible we like to get 3 days lead time to schedule and allocate jobs. The jobs can be called up via emails or phone calls by the site supervisor. As an added service we send out a reminder text message 2 days prior to call up to make sure the job is ready and avoid call back charges. This system is working very well.
